EZ integration has been great to work with during my project. Everyone there is knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. My project has not been easy and is probably extreme for a home network. I have an IT background and they took all my thoughts in considerations when designing my project. I wanted a system that was future proof and I could have fun with when I wanted to tinker with it. There have been some issue, but none of it is there fault; Equipment issues. No matter the questions I have had or when I have reached out they have responded. I am happy that I found EZ Integration and the team, Rick, Wes, Chris, and Drew. It has been a pleasure. We have talked about future projects and how it should be set up. They are there to listen, provide advice, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Installation in the middle of a Pandemic. Chris and his team were professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and present for any issues or problems after the install.This is the second home that Chris has worked on and we would do it again!Thank you, Chris and Wes and his installer (sorry didn’t get his name). Wes handled both the removal (Drew in addition) and re-installation of an AV system that, thanks to a German Village house and its construction was not an easy task. He was professional, skilled, and pleasant throughout this unenviable task. His communication skills both on-site and off-site were exemplary. I would use him and the EZ-Integration team again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.
